Booking procedure

About payment

When you pay a deposit we consider booking definitive. Deposit amount is 30% of total costs that is noticed in the invoice. To pay deposit you can choose between two options:

  • Bank transfer (from your bank account to ours); in this option bank transfer costs are on your account;
  • By credit card: most acceptable cards are Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Diners... When we charge your credit card for deposit amount then we have to add 3,5% as the credit card handling fee costs.

Full payment required 7 days before departure, please contact us about tour balance amount for the trip.

About cancellations

If a guest wants to cancel the services booked, this should be done in a written form (fax or mail). The date when the agency received a written notice of cancellation is the base for making the bill of cancellation costs in the following way:

44-31 days prior to trip departure 50% of your payments and EUR 50 processing fee per person
30-15 days prior to trip departure 15% of your payments and EUR 50 processing fee per person
14-0 days prior trip departure No Refund

If a guest does not show up at the destination or cancels the tour package after the period of its use has already begun, the agency charges the entire price of the tour package. If the expenses were really bigger than the before-said, the agency holds the right to charge those real expenses.

Before you start you trip with us please be sure that you have valid travel insurance.

Health and Fitness

Our outdoor trips require certain level of the physical activity and You should be in good physical health to participate in our trips. Please discuss any health and medical questions you may have with your doctor prior to your trip.
