The final days of your journey bring you to the iconic city of Dubrovnik and the picturesque Konavle region, where you’ll enjoy a mix of sightseeing and cycling through the lush vineyards of the Konavle Valley. Day 1st: arrival to Split
Arrival to hotel in Split, according to your arrival time meeting with our representative and fitting the bikes. Warming up ride in Split.
Overnight Split.
Day 2nd : Split – Hvar island (distance 60 km, elevation gain 950 m)
Morning ferry to Hvar island (port Stari Grad), arrival to Stari Grad around 10:30 bike ride along the coast to the town of Stari Grad and Agar valley, continue to Selca, Velo Grablje and Brusje (old road to the town of Hvar). Biking
distance about 60 km, elevation about 950 m, possible shorten route.
Highlights: Old town Hvar, lavender fields, great views, fortress in Hvar and pictursque towns; Stari Grad, Jelsa, Vrboska.
Night stop: Hvar town
Meal plan: breakfast
Day 3rd: Hvar – Korcula island (biking distance 58 km, elevation gain 820 m)
or depending on the ferries: circular route on the island: distance 55 km, elevation gain 1050 m.
Check out from your accommodation and private boat transfer (water taxi) to Vela luka town on Korcula (45 min boat ride), cycling from Vela Luka across Korcula island to Korcula town and Lumbarda.
Today you take a water taxi from Hvar to Korcula island and Vela Luka port on the Korcula island, after that you start biking over the island, you pass by picturesque bays, winegrowing areas and towns Cara and Smokvica, after the valley with wine yards you continue cycling along spectacular coast to the town of Pupnat and furthermore to Korcula town and to Lumbarda.
Highlights: coastal area and cliffs of Korcula island, medieval town of Korcula and Marco Polo birthplace.
Night stop: Lumbarda or Korcula town / Korcula island

Day 4th: Korcula island – Mljet island – Korcula island
Here are two cycling routes: distance 20 km, max. elevation gain 200 m, type of ground: asphalt (paved roads)
Distance for longer route: 35 km, total elevation gain 800 m
After breakfast you cycle to Korcula town and catch local catamaran to Pomena on in Mljet island (National Park area). Here you have a self-guided cycling day.
In the afternoon hours, from Pomena you catch the same catamaran back to Korcula island, Korcula town and cycle back to your hotel in Lumbarda on Korcula island.
Overnight:Korcula island.

Day 5th: Korcula island – Peljesac peninsula (distance 50 km, elevation gain 550 m)
Morning ride to the ferry port and ferry to Orebic town on Peljesac peninsula. Bike ride along the peninsula.
After Marco Polo's island and the picturesque bay of Lumbarda, you take a ferry to Peljesac peninsula. A route on the peninsula takes you through vineyards, and by the scenic coast and small coastal towns to the walled town of Ston.
Highlights: vineyards and wine cellars, dry stonewalls, picturesque bays and beaches, the great wall of Ston.
Night stop: Ston town

Day 6th: Dubrovnik
Morning shuttle to Dubrovnik
Optional guided sightseeing tour in historical center, the rest of the day is free to explore the town a little bit on your own. Overnight Dubrovnik.
From Ston we take you by a van/car to Dubrovnik where you have day off cycling and free time to explore historical Dubrovnik on your own or with our guide. Dubrovnik is one of the best preserved historical city in the world, besides city walls and fortresses, you can enjoy walking through old
squares, streets and visit numerous museums and churches.
Highlights: historical center, Old City Walls, main street Stradun, the island of Lokrum.
Night stop: Dubrovnik

Day 7th: Konavle countryside, with possible short part of Montenegro
There are two nice routes to select: a route through the valley: distance 35km, elevation gain about 400 m.
Coastal to the border: distance 65 km and elevation 1053 m (possible to make it shorten)
Type of the ground: asphalt
Morning car shuttle to Konavle (farming land between Dubrovnik and Montenegro border). Cycling in the valley, through stone villages and by picturesque farms. Cycling distance 65 km.
This day you will spend cycling in farming area of Dubrovnik, cycling route follows the valley and river Ljuta, villages of Zvekovica (with eventually visit to the town of Cavtat) and group of the villages in
Gornja Banda.
Highlights: River Ljuta (spring and watermills), valley of Konavle with Franciscan monastery from 15th century, fortress Sokol from 15th century.
Night stop: Gruda town / Konavle countryside
